How to install the 1-Click USB Multi-port driver

* We made this 1-click installer to ease our customer’s effort to install the driver for USB Multi-port products. There

are no need to install the driver manually anymore.

* Multi-1/USB product was used under Windows 7 (x64) for the following instruction.

1. Connect the USB Multi-port unit to the PC. After the device is connected, USB Serial Port will appear

under “Other devices”.

2. There are drivers for 32 bit and 64 bit OS (operating system).

Move to the directory that matches your OS.

3. Run “USB_MP_Setup” 4. Click “Install” button. 5. Click “OK” when a message box shows as below.

6. New COM port should be added under the Device manager.
